Tokyo-based indie rock band Filmland has released a distribution single "Clocks".
The song was written as the theme song for the movie "Neighborhood Sansui". The song has a sense of scale, encompassing and expanding on the ephemeral flow of time and waves of emotion of the film.
The song is a sad, gentle, and grandiose piece, with a fresh and dynamic beat, lyrical Japanese melodies and singalongs, and is based on European indie-folk, which the members respect.
The members of the band not only mixed and mastered the sound source for this release, but also created the jacket artwork and music video on their own.

Indie rock band formed in April 2016 within the same light music club of a university in Kyoto.
The band continues to express its belief in the "alternative" created by stitching through the overseas indie scene that the members respect with their unique sensibility while going through various transitions.
In 2022, VJ Hino joined as a member of the band, and they have been developing their musicality both aurally and visually in their live performances.
